is there a strip near rocky......not Old Stn......more closer

There used to be one about half way down the road to emu park , and a grass strip at emu park , that was about 12 ish years ago I was there

 

I don't know if there still open .

I have a strip near Westwood about 40 ks along the Capricorn highway about 650 meters grass if that helps

chap has 160 for sale west of rocky, if.............i decide to buy it, then planned on qantas to rocky, taxi to strip nearby, meet 160 owner there, both then fly back west, i drop him off, then i head back north..........that's my thinkings

Interestingly for whatever reason they have dropped the LL2500 area just west of Hedlow to LL1000. Make sure you are operating on current maps.
