Outback adventures Posted August 30, 2013 Posted August 30, 2013 I am flying down to Canberra next Sunday 8th Sep 2013 in a Tecnam Bravo. I am a commercial pilot and the Tecnam is equipped to go into CB. Three questions: (1.)What will it cost me to take a 24 reg aircraft into CB and park it there for 4 nights? (2.)Is there any other quality strips close to CB that would be happy for a visitor? (3.) I have a fuel venting problem where even with 1/2 tanks unless you are SOOooooo careful with taxing and keeping the wings dead level; we are demonstrating wingtip vortexes with fuel venting overboard!!! Does anybody else have this problem and how did you sort it?
Dave. Posted August 30, 2013 Posted August 30, 2013 I cant help with any of your questions. But I'm in outback qld as well, I'm in Isa.
