Guest john Posted September 19, 2013 Posted September 19, 2013 Fred the inventor went to the Patents Office to register his 3 new inventions. The female office clerk requested Fred to fill in the required documentation , after which the clerk asked Fred what was the 1st invention to register & he replied, "A FOLDING BOTTLE" The clerk then asked Fred what is the trade name of this new folding bottle, & he replied A FOTTLE" The clerk then asked Fred what was the 2nd invention to be registered, & he said a FOLDING CARTON, which is to be known by its trade name of A FARTON. The clerk then said to Fred that these are silly trade names for these inventions & 1 of these trade names sounds very crude. Fred was so upset by the clerks comments that he grabbed the registration documents & hurriedly left the office without even telling the clerk about his 3rd invention which was a FOLDING BUCKET.
