I didn't post much there because I always felt if I asked a newbie type question I would be picked on. I have been watching here for a while, and it certainly looks very friendly. Spotting planes is such a wonderful hobby/obsession and should be enjoyed without the nonsense together :) I look forward to sharing and asking courageous questions! There were a lot of us who used it when referring to the A-320 after Pierre the pilot cut the swathe through the pine forest at that French Airshow in the eighties. Im just a petal ;) It also reminded me of a story in WW1 this French pilot chased ducks for fun...in his plane. One day the duck changed direction 90deg and being a fighter pilot, he turned too.....10ft off the ground! I use iMatch photo software to categorize the pics (this is brilliant) and Photoshop CS for editing. I also have a passion for WW1/2 planes.
