Jabby Posted July 10, 2007 Posted July 10, 2007 Hi fellow flyers, As this will be my first long trip since getting my licence I thought I might ask the experts and perhaps get a little guidence as to what route I should take i.e inland or coast, and perhaps what to look out for etc Ive only got 70 ltrs usable fuel, so I will have to land a few times, all sugestions and routes would be greatly appreciated. Thanks Fellows, Mike
Yenn Posted July 10, 2007 Posted July 10, 2007 Mike. I can't help with the route but when are you going. There is an airshow at the beginning of next month.
Jabby Posted July 10, 2007 Author Posted July 10, 2007 Hi Ian Thanks for your reply, Yes ,the Airshow is the reason I am going, Hope the weather improves, Mike
Matt Posted July 10, 2007 Posted July 10, 2007 Speaking of the Bundaberg Airshow, who else out there is going? We're heading up on the Friday and back home on the Monday and will be camping in the campground being setup for the airshow. Our planned route is Canberra-Tamworth-Toowoomba-Bundaberg. Hopefully catch up with some of you there. Cheers, Matt.
