Ultralights Posted July 12, 2007 Share Posted July 12, 2007 i remember seeing a similar one, where all the collected debris after impact weighed about 1/3 less. they theorised that 1/3 of the weight of the aircraft was vaporised into the atmosphere, never to be seen again.
