About us Monday, 16 November 2009 00:00 The Canberra Region Aviators Association Inc. (CRAA Inc.) is a community based group with an interest furthering aviation in the Canberra region.

 

Established in 2009 the association aims to establish a secondary airfield in the Canberra area with the sole purpose of meeting the needs of non-commercial aviators in the capital region. Such a field would support recreational and sport flyers and assist in the associations broader goals of promoting aviation in general.

 

While our focus is on recreational and sport flying it is important to note that almost all commercial pilots begin their careers at this level. Joining the CRAA Inc. will show your support for our activities and help us to achieve our goals of securing aviation as a viable recreational and sport past time in Canberra.
