Im new here

Hi all,

 

Im new to this site, and from what i have seen so far it looks good.

 

I have liked aircraft since the age of 3, Im a plane spotter and will often go to the airport to watch planes, some people think its strange but I like planes so much.

 

Im from Australia, I live in Perth, Western Australia, im male and im 23. I have been going on planes (as a passenger) since i was 3 years old.

 

I have been on so many flights i keep a flight tally (i know it seems strange). I have model aircraft too - about 30 models. I would like to get my pilots license one day too - something im working towards.

 

i dont have a favourite aircraft - they are all good however I do have a soft spot for the Fokker 50 aircraft, I fly with Skywest and they use both th Fokker 50 and Fokker 100. The Fokker 50 is a good turboprop aircraft - a workhorse, its reliable and safe too. I like jet aircraft.

 

Ive been been 15 different types of aircraft too.

 

Anyways I look forward to hearing from you soon and I look forward to talking about aviation. I know a bit about aircraft - not a lot - lets just say I have picked up a thing or two along the way by reading books, observing aircraft and just learning and learning all the time. I always like to learn things, I think we can always keep learning all the time.
