OOH my local flying area.Hi John have you scured a hangar at Murwillumba yet ?. Someone has to just about die, before a hangar becomes availiable.

Yeah I know. Great airport, no hangar space and a queue a mile long. Supposed to be building some though. Perhaps best advisable to not hold breath waiting :eek:. I plan to use a container or 2 for my venture (soon as Richard Branson stops mucking around with spaceships and finances a real project!!)

I not sure about building some.I rang up the tweed council about 8 years ago.They said "We are proactive for hangars to be built, but a guy has lease rights to the land". I asked a aircraft importer about this.He knows the guy.He said that the guy is holding on until somebody gives him a stupid amount of money to buy the rights.I realy hope this gets off the ground for you John.I used to hire A/c from there.The trouble is, as mentioned i wish things go good there for you.I only live 30 minutes from there.ATM I drive 1 hour 15 to Boonah to fly.

I'll get a rich person to buy the rights and build a multilevel aircraft car park (I think we'll need one!) Have you got your aircraft hangared at Boonah? What do you fly?

Hi John, Just Tecnams these these days.I hire.I dont own a aircraft anymore.Although i did own a Piper Archer in the late nineties.I have flown various aircraft NW and TW. Im only current in tecnams ATM.
