Spin Posted April 4, 2012 Posted April 4, 2012 Geez, venomous or not, that would have gotten my heart rate up a little! http://news.ninemsn.com.au/national/8446866/darwin-pilot-finds-snake-in-cockpit
Guest ozzie Posted April 5, 2012 Posted April 5, 2012 Listened to a FAA safety person at '08 Airventure, give an interesting similar story of a pilot who had a snake pop out of the panel shortly after take off. He managed to grab it and then fly the aircraft back to the airport. After he showed it to his mates he let it go on the grass where all the other aircraft where tied down. but serious, imagine if one got mixed up with the aileron chain and gear. you would have locked controls and one very peeved off snake going nuts behind the panel near your legs.
