Did I count something like FIVE B-17's there...???? !!!!

I didn't count them, siz, but that sounds about right. That would have been a good show to be at & to see all those B-17's together. I had an idea there were a few of them, but never really visualised them in the same place at the same time. I wonder if they did a formation flight.

I undershot a bit .. apparently there were EIGHT 17's ... did a fly-over in two rows of four. Goshamighty,what a sight (and sound!).

 

And there's some pretty nifty P51 formation stuff here too - from the same event.
