MYA conducts charter operations throughout North East Arnhem Land, primarily servicing local homeland communities. MYA currently operates C206, C207, C210 and GA8. Due to expansion suitably qualified applicants are sought for line pilot positions at Elcho Island. Preferred applicants will have previous charter experience and a desire to engage within the remote community lifestyle. Kakadu Air currently operates GA8, Cessna 310R, 402C and C208 aircraft over two bases located in Darwin and Jabiru. Main accountabilities include: Conduct safe flight operations Report all operational and maintenance deficiencies or issues Conduct accurate pre-flight and post-flight documentation Maintain knowledge of and adherence to all operations manual procedures Conduct aircraft flight preparation and post-flight duties Ensure the safe and effective control of all passengers and crew Conduct accurate pre-flight and post-flight briefings To be successful in this role you will have: Australian CPL (A) 400 total hours Dangerous Goods Awareness Certificate The ability to obtain a light ridged drivers licence with a hire and reward (H) endorsement.
