The restaurant only operated six or so months of the year. You may have to take certain foods in for the chef to cook. Our first really big flight was way back in 1992 when we visited Broome for the first time, and flew ourselves up there from Perth. Fell in love with it and have been going back to the area almost every year since (sadly not in our own aircraft again though). Thanks for the pics. Up high it's stable and smooth to fly hands off, and there's plenty of time. Down low it's rough with winds coming off scarps, thermals, etc and the scenery rushes by so you need to time the shot perfectly......easier with pilot and passenger taking shots but a bit unsafe one up... You wouldn't want to do an emergency landing on those mudflats, the crocs just at the jetties in Wyndham are MASSIVE!! - and they'd be homing in on you, quick-smart, on those mudflats!
