SDQDI Posted January 7, 2014 Posted January 7, 2014 Wow now that would be a trip to remember, I find the view from a few thousand feet spectacular but that would be something else. One of my favourite things about flying is it just reminds me how small and insignificant me and my problems are:nod: and helps me see the big picture, although maybe that high would make things look so small and insignificant that it would be scary:oh yeah: Ps it sounds like the training would be enough fun to keep me happy for a while:crazy:
planedriver Posted January 8, 2014 Posted January 8, 2014 Now thats one opportunity anyone with aviation in the bloodstream couldn't miss.
gofastclint Posted January 10, 2014 Posted January 10, 2014 These first civilian space flights reminds me of another first many of us can relate to. A first that's over way too quickly and no matter what you say, you know the rocket was out of fuel way before the girl got in to orbit. Give it some time for research and development, then before you know it, you'll be over the moon. My bet is with SpaceX as they have made orbit and want more than profits, there is passion for a greater good. 2 1
Guest ozzie Posted January 11, 2014 Posted January 11, 2014 No doubt Burt has something bigger and more awesome in that shed of his.
