Seminars this year will include; The latest information on Regulatory Reform Information. Topics relating to the latest safety trends identified by CASA, Airservices and ATSB (Where possible, Airservices or ATSB personnel will also attend) Information about the new interactive education programs and resources available online to help you keep safe in the air and on the ground. Aero clubs and other aviation organisations are welcome to run Aviation Safety Seminars with ASAs presenting, however CASA will not be financially supporting the events beyond reasonable operating costs. It will be an opportunity for shared discussions on operator and individual obligations and opportunities to ask questions and raise issues relating to regulatory change. Towns that have missed a gig are - Ballina, Moree, Inverell, Glen Innis, Longreach and the ACT. Dates have also changed, some by only a day, some like Maryborough by a week and some like Kununurra a month. TBA indicates that a venue has not been finalised - Aero Clubs are encouraged to contact CASA to host a Seminar. To see each listing go to the EVENTS tab and select Weekly or Monthly view and click on the date. These are listed in alphabetical order, post #1 has them in their old date order, this listing has the new dates as at 21st March 2014. Unfortunately the following towns have missed out - Kingaroy, Scone, & Bairnsdale have been cancelled.
