YMRG CTAF

Hi Everyone,

 

I was just wondering if any Murgon locals knew of a CTAF for YMRG? Weather permitting, I will be flying there on one of my navs tomorrow, and the airport is not listed in the ERSA or with great detail on the internet.

CTAF 126.7, google burnett flyers, this is the website for Angelfield airstrip at Murgon. All the detail you need will be on there.

Hey Steve, one more question - I assume there is no fuel bowser in the aerodrome but it says there is 98 unleaded 24/7, is that in the township?

126.7 is the default freq.

Don't know about the fuel but I would suspect it is from town. I haven't flown there yet even though it's only 20 miles away. You could call them with any questions you have that I can't answer.

Yes you will need to walk into town if you need fuel…about 800 mtrs but you will need fuel cans of course
