That's not a mass launch. Try two sqdn's of Lightnings from the QRA parking position at the end of the runway.

 

SCRAMBLE, SCRAMBLE, SCRAMBLE. All 23(I think) start up and roar off down the runway, one taking it's battery pack with it. To be standing along side and see and feel (earth shaking) those mighty Avons disappearing into the night sky was something I'll never forget.

Well, we think 50 jetfighters take off in a row is pretty awesome and in our opinion in Europe a mass launch It is the biggest jetfighter exercise in Europe for years, held each year in the Netherlands
