Propeller sheathing in fibreglass

Does anyone here have prop making experience? I have a timber prop and would like to increase its pitch or blade area by sheathing it with fibreglass as is done with Jabiru hoop one props. Laurie.

I have no expertise in that area, Laurie, but I believe that sheathing hoop pine in fibreglass is for extra strength and protection from erosion by rain, etc. Any difference in pitch or blade area it may provide would be miniscule.
