David Isaac Posted July 28, 2014 Posted July 28, 2014 Welcome to the 'Nut' house Ian. There is plenty of room for Brits on here. Just watch out for that bugga Phil Perry (another Brit with an identity crisis, he still thinks he is a Brit, but really he is an Ozzie, he lived here once and then went home to the mother ship ... LOL). He is our resident comedian. Seriously, we are a real lovely bunch ... we scrap sometimes, but we still love each other in the morning (as they say). LOL
AVOCET Posted July 28, 2014 Posted July 28, 2014 Hi Ian , where do you fly from , tell us about your airfield . Mike 1
Bandit12 Posted July 28, 2014 Posted July 28, 2014 Seriously, we are a real lovely bunch ... we scrap sometimes, but we still love each other in the morning (as they say). LOL Except for Turbo, he is a real "chew your arm off if you woke up beside him" type of character Welcome to the forum Ian 1 1
Guernsey Posted July 29, 2014 Posted July 29, 2014 There's also a silly old moo who was deported from the Guernsey Aero Club back in 1970. Welcome to the site. Alan Marriette.
Ian M Posted July 29, 2014 Author Posted July 29, 2014 Hi guys thanks for the welcome. I fly from from a grass airfield called Damyns Hall about 1 mile East of London City CTA. South of London Stansted. And just to make things more interesting Southend Airport to the west has just been given a large R M Z . Anyone who is a bit Radio shy has to do some Ducking & Diving ! 1
