Yeah it is nice, the raa site does the job though even though its not as flashy and we have this site too. The maaa site should be gleaming considering the fees. How much is a years membership with an affiliated association now days? Getting up towards $150 and you only get to legally fly a model for the price. It makes the raa membership cheap...

Add club, state and MAAA fees and you could double that $150.......

MAAA have only picked up their games since AMAS have provided some competition. Maybe RAAus could do with some competition too?

Well, that's very interesting. Haven't heard about AMAS before but have not been active in modelling for some time. http://amas.org.au/wspHome.aspx

 

Good luck to them I recon and you might be right about the RAA needing some competition to pull their finger out!!
