dazza 38 Posted September 20, 2014 Posted September 20, 2014 Nothing wrong with the spelling, just the incorrect word being used over and over again. It isn't that hard, is it ?
dazza 38 Posted September 20, 2014 Posted September 20, 2014 The thing is, being a aviator is more involved than just learning stick and rudder skills. There is a whole lot of new words and acronyms to learn as well. Even though recreational aviation is just that, something people do for recreation. It shouldn't dumbed down by people who couldn't be bothered learning about aviation terminology, it make RAA pilots look unprofessional IMO. 4
Kyle Communications Posted September 21, 2014 Posted September 21, 2014 A mate of mine has his Victa in a hangar at YCAB at $250/month, he used to pay $500/month at YRED. Most hangars at Ycab are around the $250 per month the commercial hangars at the aerodrome Rd end near the old clubhouse I believe they are around $400 per month
Geoff13 Posted December 23, 2014 Author Posted December 23, 2014 Still looking. Had somewhere but thanks to the Jabiru issue that is now likely to be needed for something else?
johnm Posted December 23, 2014 Posted December 23, 2014 Kyle Comm - assuming that is $ 250 / month per space (not entire 'angar) - interested to know - thanks (= $ 57 / week - if there is demand a hangar seems a good investment)
gareth lacey Posted December 23, 2014 Posted December 23, 2014 3 spaces available at our hanger Boonah cheers Gareth

There were 2 for sale a Redcliffe but all calls to the advertised numbers have to date gone unanswered

JimG Posted December 23, 2014 Posted December 23, 2014 Depending on how some Jab owners feel about operating out of Ycab with Jab engine limitation about to be enforced. There could be some space become available after Jan 31. JimG

JimG Yep or all the ones coming out of Archerfield may take up all the room. Or locals looking to replace their Jabs could end up taking them up with the replacements while they try to shift the Jabs on at bargain basement prices.
