Help needed to ID homebuilt

Hi all,

 

I'm in the process of buying a Australian built ultralight and I'm chasing some info. I've attached a picture to this post, the info I have so far is.

 

Built in 1997 buy Andrew Richards (believed deceased) and Raymond hill under the names skybound aviation, aircraft called ar-5. Flew 10hrs of testing

 

Held a RAA rego of 10-1884.

 

I'm chasing any info anyone may have on the history of this aircraft.

 

Any help would be awesome.
