There will be Yaks, Red Dragons, Tigermoths, Austers, Cesnas and more - a huge concourse of private light aircraft from the 1930's to the latest. Many activities will go all Saturday and Sunday. Cost - Gold coin donation. All aviators welcome! Program: Saturday 18th at Airfield 0800 Aircraft commence flying in 1000 Lions Club open for business with food and refreshment (No alcohol permitted on airfield) 1100 All aircraft available for inspection in the marshalling area. 1400 Best presented aircraft competition Pilots prize, Public prize. 1500 Circuits and bumps 1630 In town for drinks. 1800 Aviators dinner at Robe Hotel includes "Tall Tales from the Skies"�� presented by selected pilots. Sunday 19th 0730 Transport to the Airfield from Caledonian Hotel. 0800 Breakfast provided by the Lions Club. 0930 Aircraft start to depart, fly over Victoria Street peel off over Obelisk and head for home. 1130 Opening of Robe Aero Club - Club House sponsors, members and invited guests, drinks and lunch at Airfield.
