Neil_S Posted October 24, 2014 Posted October 24, 2014 Hi I'm a GA and RAA pilot with lots of enthusiasm but not many hours. Thought I would join to see what I can learn Hi Rob, and . Tell us a bit more about yourself - what do you fly, and where are you based? How long have you been flying? Cheers, Neil
facthunter Posted October 24, 2014 Posted October 24, 2014 Welcome RobS. All types here from many backgrounds Nev
Phil Perry Posted October 25, 2014 Posted October 25, 2014 It's a great place Rob. . . . . . You can get all sorts of genuinely useful information and experiences from all manner of airborne appliance operators. . . . . . not only that,. . . .you can get your leg pulled internatonally too ! ! ! Welcome to one of the best forums this side of the brown stump. . . . . . . ( I believe that this is somewhere just West of four corners tank NSW,. . . .but I could be wrong. . . . . . . . ) Phil
rankamateur Posted October 26, 2014 Posted October 26, 2014 But the stump is black my pommy friend. I have less than 40 RAA hours myself Rob, welcome aboard, you and I may never accumulate as many hours in our lifetime as some of these fellows put up in a year, but don't let that hold you back from contributing here!
facthunter Posted October 26, 2014 Posted October 26, 2014 It's not the number of hours but the quality of those hours that matter. Nev
Geoff13 Posted October 26, 2014 Posted October 26, 2014 The black Stump is that far out that even the Drop Bears are afraid to go there.
