I was reading an article last night about Grandfathers and Grandsons, and memories came flooding back of the time I took my Grandson out for his first drink.

Off we went to our local pub which is only two blocks from the house.

I got him a Guinness first. He didn't like it, so I drank it

Then I got him an O’Hara’s… He didn't like it either, so I drank it.

It was the same with the Harp and the Murphy’s red.

By the time we got down to the Midleton whiskey, I could hardly push the pram back home.

You've got the wrong country flag showing Peter - with those drinks, shouldn't it be Ireland?

Just the contents of a joke email, Marty. Definitely an Aussie.

Just interesting because of the Harp inclusion. It was funny in Ireland, there were heaps of Harp pub signs, but hardly anyone drank the stuff - it was mainly Guinness but if you were the rare sort who preferred lager, it was normally Heineken or Carlsberg.

Actually, Marty, I don't drink any of them. I'm a teatotaller, or coffeetotaller if there's such a word.
