A question about my prop.

I'm seeing a discoloration of my prop.

 

Over these last few days of wet weather I've noticed my 'brolga' prop has gone a lighter colour. Does this mean it's absorbing moisture. I have sometimes seen a change in colour after washing it. It doesn't seem to have any effect on it as it still runs as smooth as always. I often polish the prop with 'Mr. sheen' after washing.

 

Any thoughts or ideas will be greatly appreciated.

Hey David, my brolga did it and now my new bolly.

 

My bolly has faded and has whitish streaks running down it .

 

Not sure why either but done 100 + hrs like that . If I polish it , it's nice and new again for a while then same thing!

That's what I think as I have no hanger door and the prop faces out nth...
