A young law student having failed his final Law exam, goes up to the trusty old learned Professor, who is renowned for his razor sharp legal mind.

The Student says to the Professor: "Sir, do you really understand everything about this subject?"

The Professor responded: "Actually I probably do, otherwise I wouldn't be a Professor would I ?"

The Student then says: "OK, so I'd like to ask you a question, & if you can give me a logical answer, I will accept my failed exam marks, however if you can't, you'll have to give me a pass instead".

The Professor said: "MMMM, alright whats the question?"

The Student said: " What is legal but not logical, logical but not legal, & neither logical nor legal?"

The Professor scratches his bald chrome dome, but can't just crack the answer. Finally he gives up & ammended the students exam marks to a pass instead of fail, & the student goes away very satisfied.

The Professor continues to wrack his brains over this question all day, but still can't come up with the answer. So finally he asks his brightest students at the next class & tells them he has a really difficult question that he would like answered, which is : What is legal but not logical, logical but not legal, & neither logical nor legal?"

To the Professors surprise & embarrassment all the students in the class immediately raised their hands.

"All right" said the Professor, & asked the pretty blonde student with partly protruding HOOTERS in the front row what was her answer.

In response she said"It's quite easy Sir, you see if you are 75 years of age or thereabouts & married to a 25 year old women, which is legal but not logical, & your wife has a 22 year old loverboy, which is logical but not legal, & furthermore if your wifes young loverboy failed his final law exams that you have just ammended from fail to pass, that would then be neither legal nor logical.016_ecstatic.gif.156a811a440b493b0c2bea54e43be5cc.gif
