pmccarthy Posted March 21, 2015 Posted March 21, 2015 Who is the appropriate person to hold the Original documents for an aircraft? As distinct from photocopies or email copies? For an LSA it could be: The factory The importer The owner The L2 or LAME doing the maintenance. It seems to me it should be the owner for all documents, but what is your experience?
