Reckon he'd have been in shock all thru this time - makes you realise there is a crisis in medicine! The Thorp T-18 made a forced landing near the location of Yornaning, some 12nm N of Narrogin,WA - during which it snagged a dense wheat crop and somersaulted. Country there is quite hilly - not many clear spots,lots of dams and gullies. cheers,
