New Book out from Owen Zupp - The Practical Pilot

Hey I just finished reading Owen Zupp's new book who was on my podcast on episode 8. Owen has written a number of books including '50 tales of flight' but his new book 'the practical pilot' is more educational in nature and kind of like a common sense guide to flying.

 

Owen still keeps current with his RAAUS flying and I think he normally flys a Jabiru (my favourite) and writes for a number of flying magazines in Australia.

 

I found the book helpful as I am new to flying and basically read any material I can get my hands on to enable me to be a safer and better pilot.

 

Anyways check it out, I think it was only 99 cents for the e book version when I bought it.

 

A buddy of mine from the forum was nice enough to send me his 'Meterology' PPL book today so I can learn more about weather for my navigational endo so thought I would pay it forward by giving away 5 copies of the e book to anyone who is interested
