Actually some local government seems to be a bit closer to the Pakistani video than many big private projects. Last week at one site I counted over twenty nice new excavators lined up in the middle of a weekday, perfect weather. Idle.

Oh I know what you mean, it's everywhere from GPS's on phones when people could just look up, to oversized farm machinery. There's a discussion going on about building a simple cheap plane elsewhere and apparently it can't be done without CNC'ing everything FGS. ................. etc, etc, changing world.
