I have received today a mailing from X-air Australia.

An interesting aircraft the detailed Savage.

However what interests me most is that it is sent to my new postal address and as far as I know the only organisation involved in aviation that has my new address is RAA.

intriguing

David, me thinks that you registered on a website with your name and address for an information pack! (I'm not a conspiracy theorist like some)

Am I really so old that I forgot doing that?

I still can't remember doing so

however that is the most plausible answer,

whenever there is a conflict incompetence and and conspiracy

incompetence is by far the most likely

Cheers

Hi David,

Rest assured that your mailing address is not given out to anyone, other than the mailing house for the magazine. It is indeed interesting however to try and figure out how Michael got his hands on your mailing address, if it was not as Brent said, put in to receive information material from one of Michaels consortium's.

It was as Brent did say.

I had completely forgotten that I had responded to an invite for information on a web site that I did not at the time associate with one of Michael's consortia.

He and RAA are due an apology from me and also from all those who jumped to the conclusion the door to which I left open.

Apologies all.

PS

Very interesting aircraft the Savage Cub.

& very well priced,

However I do not doubt that the curmudgeons in the classic J3 community will lament the rear command seat.

Bait well taken and service well returned.!!

Wen you make the great trip to the far SE I'll be in front of the crowd crawling in the mud to beg a ride. That's if we ever see any mud ever again.

best of wishes
