Oz runways problem

Is any body having a problem with Oz runways ?Every time I open wx notams on an airfield oz runways shuts down on my I pad.I am up to date with upgrades etc and it worked fine yesterday.All other features are ok and works fine.

have you tried:

 

1) quitting the app and re opening (double click home button and swipe up) or

 

2) resetting the ipad (hold both home and power off button until resets) or

 

3) deleting and reinstalling OzR app

 

if still having issues, have it only been happening since either the latest OzR or iOS update? Or since you started using some other app or some type of hardware like an external GPS? If so communicate that to OzR so that they can get it fixed ASAP and of course in future, best to leave the updates a few days (for the app) or a few weeks (for iOS)

All good now .Did try reset etc earlier but didnt make any difference.

I sent an email to OzRunways outlining the issue, this is their reply.

 

"Thanks for your message. We had a bug affecting the Wx/Notam tab today that we believe is now fixed. Hopefully, when you try now it should work as it should.

 

Sorry for the inconvenience. Let us know if you continue to experience any problem."

 

All working OK now.

I also have a problem, when I lock the map with the lock tab on the right top I can't unlock it, I turm off and on the Ipad to get it back, what am I doing wrong ?
