FB thread says landing incident. i 'd say the airframe is sitting on the engine. longish grass slowed it up a bit quick.

 

Good the pilot walked away.

Looks like the pilot exited the aircraft via the windscreen.

By the ridiculous, oft repeated saying "Any landing you walk away from is a good one" this one is certainly expensive and surely that's not good. Nev

"The ATSB is investigating a collision with terrain involving a Cirrus SR22, VH-OPX, near Moree, New South Wales, on 17 September 2015. During landing the aircraft encountered a gusting crosswind, resulting in a collision with terrain. The pilot suffered minor injuries and the aircraft sustained substantial damage."

 

One of the most important skills to master in crosswind landings is when to go around and rethink the need to land at that particular airport.
