Hi all,

 

I had joined recently and thought I'd better introduce myself. I share a CT and a Sportstar with two mates here in Perth. Like many, I was very happy the LSA category was intorduced into Australia because it opened up so many opportunities. For those like me, without enough spare time to build an aircraft, it provided access to fly an affordable a/c - personally, I'd rather spend my time flying than building.

 

Although I have had my PPL for only 18 months I was lucky enough to fly from Jandakot to the Birdsville races and then onto Alice Springs this year. What a great experience - shame about the horse flu!

 

Anyway better sign-off now, I have included a photo taken at Birdsville for those who may be interested.
