HGMick Posted October 8, 2015 Posted October 8, 2015 Hi everyone, Just joined yesterday. I thought I should just pop in and say hi. My name is Mick and I am on the Northern beaches of Sydney, also just hit 52 years of age so now is the time for me to full fill the childhood dream. I have not started any training at all just yet, but I have joined the forum so I can lurk around in the background searching for information whilst I plan a path to achieve my dream. So in advance thanks, I will sit back in the cheap seats for a while, whilst I listen and learn. Cheers Mick
Marty_d Posted October 8, 2015 Posted October 8, 2015 Hi Mick! There's a lot of good knowledge on here. I look at the list of aircraft on people's avatars - if they list a heap and they're still alive, I figure their advice is valuable... 1
DrZoos Posted October 8, 2015 Posted October 8, 2015 Hi Mick welcome...stick your elbows out, keep your chin up smile and enjoy the great info, the shenanigans and the occasional dummy spit :)
facthunter Posted October 8, 2015 Posted October 8, 2015 Welcome Mick. Don't think I've listed many planes.( Another stuff up.) You need currency in this game I keep being told. I thought it was recency, but it's money.. $ AUD.. Nev 1 3
pmccarthy Posted October 8, 2015 Posted October 8, 2015 I thought the aircraft list was about what you had right now or were building, not what you might have survived in the past. If that is required, we should list ex wives as well. 1 1
