BOARD AGM

Has anyone come across yet the resolutions for the Board AGM last month? I've yet to receive my new website login details so maybe they are located there? Congrats should go to @DonRamsay who appears to have been elected to the position of Treasurer, seems we may not need to appoint people to the Board since we've managed to elect a few "company-type" people.

Don didn't notice that the RAA was missing a few thousand members and the missing subscriptions not going into revenue when he was treasurer the last time.

Rhysmcc.......contact the office if you don't already have access to your new website....they will supply you with the required password to initiate .

The board and AGM minutes were published as required to the website . Yes Don was elected to the executive as treasurer in Lue of Taresa Avila who also was nominated as treasurer.

 

Don has prev board experience plus a considerable background in large business in the accountancy area. He has also demonstrated his keenness to support the interests of the members, and is a regular participant on this forum. I personally welcome Don in his new role, and he is already making his presence noted, both as capable member of the executive and board member.

Thanks Maj, I did send off an email yesterday and received login details within 5 mins.

 

I guess my point was, we don't need to be appointing board members as the members seem to be electing ones with experience managing large organizations already.
