Oct ENews - 2016 calendar

Just received the October enews 'selling' the paper mag with the sweetener of the paper calendar. Rather than just sit here with my pi$$ boiling at the way the paper mag and calendar have been handled (or mishandled from a member relations perspective) I sent to the CEO the following suggestion:

 

Given that the calendar will have been produced and available in similar page/file layout as the magazine can I ask that the calendar be made available as pdf through the member portal and/or the ISSUU site so that all members can benefit from the already expended production costs of the calendar and print their own out if they so wish.

 

In addition the individual months could be made available as graphic images - we can download and use as our desktop images or screensavers - all very very low impact on RAA costs but provide a benefit or service to members - particularly ones like me that are still bristling over the whole 'sale' of the printed magazine and calendar issue.

 

This is I hope a a more positive view of RAA management - because believe it or not in horrid management speak I am a glass half full person.
