1/ uploaded pic for Avitar and it shows in my profile but not on my post...attached

 

2 just landed page, got to it but there seems to be no area to post, help

 

3 My callsign is not reconized by your server....NicaMann When I wrote for the first time it asked me to include at least one member, since I do not know anyone I posted my own, said it needs to be a valid member,
