R.I.P Doug

Another sad day for aviation, we are losing to many friends and colleagues lately.

Let's take comfort in knowing Doug was doing something he loved.

Thanks mate. Hope to get aloft again one day as pax. Losing weight at the moment, so might even fit in an RAA aircraft, lol.

Doubt if I could teach you much. 30 years since I last flew - forgotten most of it. And I reckon I'd need to lose another 20kg.

We would have fun trying Red " blind leading the blind" and we might have to fly in our undies keep the weight down lol

You would be suprised red, once you get in the seat and grab that stick/yoke it will start flooding back.

The whole thing is so sad at least he won't have to suffer the cancer treatment any more.

The cancer thing is not at all pleasant at the best of times, however we have to make the most of life we can.

So sorry for your loss Tim, and any others close to him.

Make the most of happy memories and enjoy life while your can.

I'm sure that's what he would have wanted for all.

Don't put things off that you want to do. Life is shorter than you think and the cash... You can't take it with you. Nev
