The reason I said "it would have to be in the thousands" is to make it clear what a lot it was compared to the 7 deaths from islamic terrorism in Australia. If you research it there are lists of massacres but there may be many more undocumented. The point is, it's a lot, but no one knows exactly how many.

The refugee problems should be easy to fix. When some dictator starts murdering his own people. Just send in an army to get rid of him. Isn't that what the UN is for.
