Guernsey Posted April 5, 2016 Posted April 5, 2016 Hi Jean-Pierre, Where in Brittany do you fly from. I used to fly over Brittany regularly over 50 years ago when I lived in Guernsey (Les Isles de Normande). Alan Marriette.
kurun f-pnjp Posted April 5, 2016 Author Posted April 5, 2016 Hi Alan, I fly around BREST(since 40 years now...),where I live. JP
Old Koreelah Posted April 5, 2016 Posted April 5, 2016 Jean-Pierre from Brittany(the small one,West of france)Homebuilder, two planes built, working on a look alike Berkut. Welcome mate. We Aussies can identify with Breton people. Maintain your individuality; don't be over-run by the big neighbour! Although the French have built some damned good planes I'd like to see Breton design. Tell us about the aircraft you've built.
kurun f-pnjp Posted April 5, 2016 Author Posted April 5, 2016 I first built a Piel CP80 bought half build (google CP80 F-PYSA) I flew she near 400hrs(1985-1997) Then I designed and built a look alike ww2 fighter, the KURUN,I have logged near 400 hrs since year 2000 (Google KURUN F-PNJP)
Old Koreelah Posted April 6, 2016 Posted April 6, 2016 Wow Jean-Pierre. That's a seriously impressive aeroplane! Those cooling air exits are tiny, so it must be a fast aircraft.
