Following the around 400 people who went to Tamworth on 6th May 2016 and delivered a clear message to DPM Barnaby Joyce and Minister Chester.

At the meeting, the message was clear that there must be proper change to regulations that are clear, not prescriptive.

If this could be got out to the whole RAAus membership what a fantastic impact it would have, not only on those responsible for the regulatory debacle we ALL have to deal with, but also on the standing of this movement on the rest of aviation in Australia.

Please support the petition by signing it and encouraging your mates to do likewise.

Btw for those who use FB it can be shared on there. I got a few extra by doing that.

Thanks for the support. Would appreciate if this thread could be pinned mods, as it is one of the most important things we could participate in to support the push to keep GA going, given it's Australia wide importance.

Done and Facebooked.

Bit hard to get change when the whole of the regulatory system for everything in Australia is basically the same nightmare, not just aviation.

Regulation is OK IF it's relevant. Our trucking Industry has an unacceptable accident rate still and not improving. Same in the Building Industry. Nev
