Huge success..... Was overwhelming with 19 arrivals and around 40 people.,.

 

Runway was so compact there a black skid marks everywhere!!!

 

Had everything from a tiger to a trike..

 

And NO one used the 450 meters!! Infact all were stopped within 300 meters and were able to turn off the taxi parking are .. Didn't exspect that.

 

WX was perfect how ever as murphy is never far away when you fly a vintage bi-plane war bird, a rogue gust challenged Barry in his tiger to a dual whilst slow taxing but thankfully Barry won.. Thank you so much everyone it was an awesome day. Oh and I scored a ride in a trike with the SA board Rep

Daughter loved it as it was her turn she says for my Facebook profile picture, the 2 elder girls have had their turn, was lovely flying today, got about 3.7 hrs in all told in my plane and was a pax for about 40 mins in a Foxbat
