Bill Posted July 9, 2016 Posted July 9, 2016 Anyone had experience with their aviation dopes / glues on Ceconite? Thanks, Bill http://www.phoenixlacquersandpaints.com.au/products.php
planedriver Posted July 10, 2016 Posted July 10, 2016 Have used there 2pac on 2 of my boats and my car. Very happy with the results. They've been around for a while, so don't imagine you'd have any problems if preparation is good. Preparation is always the secret to a good finish.
pylon500 Posted July 19, 2016 Posted July 19, 2016 Sorry Bill, didn't see this post earlier. Yes, I've dealt with them on a few occasions, got some drums of dope waiting for me to recover my Lightwing as we speak. I've been getting non-tautening Nitrate and Butyrate dopes from them. Previously I was using Polyfibre adhesive, but this time I have a drum of their fabric adhesive, but haven't tried yet. Don't expect a problem... We need people to support them, so they keep making these products.
