Maintenance course - how to access

I want to do the L1 maintenance course but I cannot create the student account required. It wants a 'join code' but does not tell me where I get this and it rejects my RAAus membership number. Anybody got any suggestions?

Yep. I need a Canvas account. How do I create that without the join code?
