Can anyone recommend good overnight stops between WA and Vic, after Forrest of course.

 

Will be leaving Tuesday and booked in to Forrest Tues night.

I take it you are flying.

 

We stayed at Nullabor Roadhouse last year. They have a runway and expensive AVGAS; actually, pretty much everything there was expensive. It is in the middle of nowhere I guess.

 

No complaints other than the price.

 

I only have limited knowledge since that is the only place I've stayed around that area.

Don, If you happen to be flying low enough on a direct track - Forrest to Caiguna, have a look for a park bench sitting in the midle of nowere. Aparently some helicopter borrowed one and dropped it off there
