Site Menu System - minor changes

Due to the need to be able to add the new Expo Section to the site plus, there have been reports of the Search function not working as expected at various times, I have had to make some minor changes to the site menu system.

 

The Search function has been removed from the Main Menu column and placed on the right of the Section Sub Menu bar. On Mobile devices, the Search function has been removed from the slide out menu and added to the top bar as a Magnifying Glass icon. This should make the search function more stable PLUS allowing an extra space in the Main Menu column for the Expo section link.
