Looks like Birmingham. I reckon the long lens is responsible for most of the lumps!

It is Birmingham . The runway is 3000M long and with the compression effect of a long focal length lens the undulations seem very accentuated . In reality the runway is relatively flat . I have flown into and out of there many times .

Don't worry about the lumps, did that marshal manage to stop the aircraft with those two sticks before it hit him? .
