Hello. I worked as a CFII for years in the early 90's. I took 20 years off to raise a family and earn a living via a different path. I have worked in mining, oil and gas, education, trucking, and leadership training. I recently returned to flying and am considering re-upping my CFI. This looks like a great place for some great dialogue and continued learning.
